The banks build it in to the loan the worse the credit is the higher the interest rate is 21% suckers and on top of that the banks add back end pure profits !!!!! These poor suckers don't realize they are paying $30 k for a $18k car!!!! At a payment the people can't afford anyway $680 to $780 per month .The interest is paid first to the bank!!!!
