  18.  @1USAUSA  well your wrong in Pa you can open carry with out a permit look it up fool.and you may conceal carry but must have a permit sucker the car is considered concealed so if the gun is in the front of the car with you and not locked in the trunk you must have a permit .Now in NJ the shit state your gun must be locked in the trunk and it's very hard to get a concealed carry permit in NJ but you can get a hunting permit and walk down the street with a 12 gauge shot gun ctfu That I have done.oh yeah no hollow points in NJ at all !!! It's crazy in Ny, NJ to get a concealed carry permit lol.In Pa I went to my local courthouse in the sheriff's office filled out 1 page of paper work showed my ID paid $20 in 2 week I had my permit!!!!!The criminal has more fire power than the police.Sorry Ny and NJ have is ass backwards the citizens have the right to protect their self.
