  3.  @americansforhire5378  actually it's not unlawful possession! He can own the gun! And open carry it in Pennsylvania! His problem is Philadelphia and Pittsburgh have a permit to carry law! Now that's crazy considering the Supreme court just ruled We the people have the right to bare arms outside of the home! Shall not infringe! Shouldn't this apply to anyone! In Philadelphia a 14 year old boy carrying a gun in their pizza shop just shot a guy in the face who was robbing the store with his mom being grabbed! Now this kid handles his business!

  6. Actually he doesn't need a permit to carry! Our 2nd amendment supersedes our own government! It's called the 2nd amendment shall not infringe! A very simple right to under stand! Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, New York, New Jersey ,Chicago, California and Seattle are all violating out constitution!
