  1. It sounds like vertical farming has the same Achilles heal that solar and wind have. It doesn't work that well on a large scale, but reduce it to a personal home scale, and it will work just fine. In a high tunnel or green house setting, mirrors can be used to reflect the sun light around the building thereby eliminating the need of artificial light. It is also beneficial in a high tunnel or green house, to put a 40% shade cloth on top. This reduction of sunlight, actually benefits the plants and enables them to be more productive.

  2. "Californians vote against a desalination plant." That's because they are not as concerned with the environment as they claim. They are using "climate change" as a weapon to leverage people into a totalitarian regime, strip them of their rights and ultimately, cause many people to die from dehydration. A healthy human being can go without food from 2 to 4 weeks and survive. No one can go without water for 3 days and survive. So the vote against a desalination plant that is necessary for the life and health of the community, is a vote against everyone's life and a vote to mass murder the people.
