It sounds like the company lost a breach of contract case in the United States, then filed a fraud complaint in Mexico to punish their customer that refused to allow them to rip them off. That or Mexico filed these charges in order to retaliate against the United States of the tariff issue. That said; has anyone actually contacted the State department concerning this case?

Why is he only being charged with assault, and not robbery or racketeering? When you demand to get something for free, and assault an individual for not giving it to you, that's robbery and assault.

Evidence of this is in the fact that in 1865 when slavery and indentured servitude was made illegal with the ratification of the 13th amendment, those freed slaves, were not like they are. Not only did they appreciate being freed, they worked hard to make a life for themselves.

Didn't the UAW as all unions, support Biden and by extension the policies that have caused the inflation that reduced worker pay? Whether you voted for Biden or refused to vote for Trump, you got what you voted for so; what's the problem?

@michael85225 In the 90's I was in a Meijer and this short dude took offense to the teenage cashier carding him for the cigarettes he purchased. He looked at me and asked if he looked whatever age it was at the time. My response was; It's the law. His response was; "I know it's the law" Then started raising his eyebrows at me, acting like he wanted to fight. If you don't want to get a response from a third party, you ought not to ask the third party a question. I did see that cashier in that store after that. I think she quit.

@wmpx34 Whether it's robbery or refusing to pay for a service rendered, it is still theft; and the same penalty should apply. As benign as it may seem to some, when you take what does not belong to you from it's rightful owner, you are in fact putting the rightful owners life in jeopardy. This is the nature of all theft which is why thieves like Robin Hood will not target the poor, but the rich only.

Not to mention the fact that if you buy a new car these days, it spies on you everywhere you go and collects your data so that the auto company can sell you to the highest bidder making you an unlawful, indentured servant.

All he can do is present to the President, the names of those who refused too show up for work. The President has both the authority and power to terminate any person employed by the government. The majority of people in the government that lost their jobs, lost them due to not showing up for work. Those that refuse too show up for work should be fired just like any person working for a private company would be fired for refusing to show up for work.
