There's no such thing as a low income starter home. 20 years ago the Pastor of the church I was attending was approached by a developer to sell land the church held so they could build low income homes. The starting price of those homes was $240,000.00. I've always been low income and that's not low income. That's middle and upper class income.

  2. Despite the fact that the democratic left lie about being supportive of low income earners, they never are. All their policies benefit only people that from the perspective of those that are genuinely low income; are rich. The only way to truly resolve the housing crisis is to leave it alone and let the market correction, fix it.
