You think that because a man or men have authored a document, that God is not owed credit, nor takes credit for the work done. You think that because unbelievers are involved, that God cannot influence them and guide them to do His desire. You are most certainly wrong.
Speaking of the desolate land of Israel, Isaiah prophesied that the wilderness would blossom. The prophesies of Isaiah 35:1-2 and 41:19-20 have come to pass in the land of Israel.
Lands that were once desert, over the years since the nation of Israel became a state in 1948, have become abundant crop lands.
God did this by using the Children of Israel to till the ground, to amend the soil and to find water for the fields so that the land could blossom and bring forth an abundant crop for His people.
No kingdom on earth has ever risen or fallen that God did not have a personal hand in. This is especially the case with the United States and Israel. Their are so many similarities between the United States and ancient Israel that the founding of the United States becomes an instance of history repeating itself.
The Declaration of Independence that was submitted to the continental Congress on July 2, 1776 is not the final draft that was subsequently passed into law on July 4, 1776.
One of the three men that was on the three man panel tasked to create the declaration of independence expected July 2, to be held as the day of liberty. But the people chose July 4, 1776 due to the Declaration of Independence being passed by the continental Congress and signed by President John Hancock.
What most people do not know about July 4, 1776, is that it is also the 17, Tammuz. The 17 Tammuz is the day in history that God gave the ten commandments to Moses, and told him to go down the mountain because the people had rebelled and sinned.
Even though there are many that will reject this statement, the fact will always remain that the United States is as much God's nation as the nation of Israel is, and God is taking back His America.
Isaiah 35:1: The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.
2: It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the LORD, and the excellency of our God.
Isaiah 41:19: I will plant in the wilderness the cedar, the shittah tree, and the myrtle, and the oil tree; I will set in the desert the fir tree, and the pine, and the box tree together:
20: That they may see, and know, and consider, and understand together, that the hand of the LORD hath done this, and the Holy One of Israel hath created it.
Daniel 4:17: This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men.

The founders, did not come to a conclusion until after they had prayed.
The founders did not pass the Declaration of Independence of the 13 Colonies until they had both prayed and discussed what ought to be in the document.
The founders, did not come to agreement regarding what should be in the Constitution, until after they had prayed for wisdom and guidance, the prayer being prompted by Benjamin Franklin.
After they prayed, they began to agree on specifics and those agreed upon specifics came to exist within those documents.

Those that deny the existence of a Creator God, despite the fact that the technical specifications that enable the universe to exist are set before their eyes, are they that are delusional.
Those that acknowledge that it is impossible for the technical specifications, that enable the universe and life to exist, to come into existence without a Creator God; are not delusional.
The technical specifications of the human brain that enables man to think, and develop advanced computer devices, is far more advanced than the technology that man has created, with the use of said brain.
Enough with the delusional atheism that denies the existence of God.
