  1.  @YouTube.Is.Run.By.Terrorists  "The wallet was given to him by his girlfriend, almost certainly because it would be hard to strip carrying a giant wallet, to hold and protect. The wallet was not stolen, and it was not a deadly weapon." Not exactly the facts of the matter. As soon as she asked for her wallet and her money, and he withheld it, that property became stolen goods. It doesn't matter that she initially gave it too him. It is also obvious that she gave it too him for a specified period of time, not perpetually. "Red shirt guy might not be a model citizen by any stretch, but unlikable people still have rights." If red shirt guy had surrendered the girls wallet and money when the police arrived, the whole situation would not have not occurred. "Every citizen has the right to defend themselves from an unlawful assault. Know your rights, don't be as ignorant as the bootlickers that run this channel." You are missing the underlying intent of red shirt guy which becomes evident when you watch the rest of the video. Red shirt guy had been out of jail for 5 days from a previous 30 day sentence due to assault and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 60 days for this incident and probation. The day before his 60 day sentence was set to expire, he assaulted an officer in the jail and his probation was revoked, he also received additional time for that assault. Why did red shirt guy assault an officer one day before he was to be released from jail? It's simple. Red shirt guy wants to be in jail. It may be that he finds the constraints of jail less stressful and therefore prefers to be in there as opposed to the stresses of normal life.
