  1. Senator Burris misquoted the Declaration of Independents of the Thirteen Colonies. The document actually reads: "We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness" Why did Senator Burris leave out the reference to our creator.? Why did Senator Burris leave out the reference that it is our creator that has given us our unalienable rights, and it is not government? Why did Senator Burris leave out the fact that government derives it's just powers from the consent of the Governed, and that it is the governed that forms government, not government that forms the governed. "—That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. " As long as people refuse to accept, and promote all the principles that the founding fathers wrote in the Declaration of Independents, America will be at risk of falling back under totalitarian despotism and slavery. The way to rise above any offense that brings anger into your heart and soul, is to forgive those that have offended you. As long as you refuse to forgive, you will be controlled by the anger that you hold onto. You will continue to be enslaved by the anger of slavery. But it is not the white man that enslaves you; it is you, it is your unwillingness to go before God and forgive the offenses of the past; that enslaves you.
