Everything that needs water for the purpose of food production, you consume. You are actually consuming the water that is used in agriculture. The left are calling this water consumption; virtual water usage and get this. They are now demanding that people reduce their virtual water usage. Now, if both plants and animals that are used for food, need water in order to grow and thrive, then the only way for you to reduce your virtual water usage, is for you to reduce how much you eat. By telling you to reduce your virtual water usage, the left and environmentalist psychos, are telling you to starve yourself to death. It would be better in the long run if the idiots took all the money being spent on advocating for water use reduction, and spent it on developing solutions to convert the ocean's salt water into fresh water that people need to survive. This in and of itself declares that they are not sincere in their claimed concern for the alleged water shortage that does not truly exist. The only thing there is a true shortage of; is a group of sincere engineers supported by big money, that will seek out and find an affordable way to convert the sea water.

As much as they claim that Americans are not qualified for the job and therefore need to import qualified workers, those companies, never put money into training or setting up proper training facilities to train American workers.
