  1. John Cochrane has adhered himself to the enemies of the United States, giving them aid and comfort. Treason does not require intent. Treason can be a position of willfully denying the professed frame of mind of the enemy and urging the nation to trust an enemy regime that has not only declared itself to be the enemies of the United States, but has proven time and again to be a regime that cannot be trusted to speak the truth and be forthright with threats not just to it's own people, but the world at large. For John Cochrane to say we should not decouple the US economy from the Chinese economy, indicates that John Cochrane has a lot to loose in that decoupling. If that be the case, then he betrays the United States for a buck and like the Chinese Communist Party he advocates for; willfully chooses to not deal with the United States with integrity and honesty. His deception being so obviously evident, nothing he says can be trusted.

  3. The democrats demanding that Senators be unbiased is unconstitutional. In the American Judicial system, the accused is: INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN guilty. This INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN fact; requires that every individual that sits on a jury in a case, whether criminal or civil, has a fiduciary responsibility to be biased in favor of the defense. Thus, the assumption that a person is guilty because he or she was arrested and charged is unlawful, unconstitutional and criminal. This same burden of proof is required during an impeachment trial as well. Hence, the President is innocent until proven guilty. In all justice, the case should and ought to be dismissed with prejudice as the allegations are set forth with no real evidence to prove the allegations beyond a reasonable doubt. In fact, if such a case were set before a judge in a court of law, a just judge, would dismiss the case with prejudice by reason of the fact that assuming a persons intent, does not prove a persons intent. No judge worth his robes, would entertain an allegation in which, the totality of the allegations, and the evidence presented, necessitates the prosecutions ability to flawlessly read the mind of the accused.

  5. And will fail like all the rest. It all comes down to a lack of integrity, people don't want to follow the rules. As long as people follow the rules with integrity, any good and well thought out system will work without fail. After a crisis, a good and well thought out system is designed and set up and it works as designed. After several decades, people decide that they don't like the rules and figure out ways to greed more money into their pockets by getting around the rules. The end result is that a good and well thought out system fails. History repeats itself because history is always replete with people that would rather see the work come to a fiery end than to follow the rules and settle for honest gain. When a corn seed is planted, corn is reaped. When greedy people on power plant their seeds of destruction in order to get ill gotten gain, destruction is reaped. And it doesn't matter how sophisticated you think you are.

  6. Amazon uses strong arm tactics that are illegal. They will add a 6 month trial period of prime or prime student to your purchase order and not permit you to delete that trial. In order to purchase the items you do want, you have to accept the 6 month trial which will turn into a fee after six months. If they won't let you opt out of the 6 month trial, how difficult will it be to cancel that trial after you have agreed to take it? Companies that force upon customers products and services that the customer does not want cannot be trusted. I will not be using Amazon unless it's the only way to get the product I desire to purchase and I will always endeavor to purchase through a platform other than Amazon.
