  1. Most people who want the USA to balkanize tend to fall into two groups. 1. People within the USA who dislike what the nation stands for and want to tear it apart in the hope that a new order within it could be formed. 2. People outside the USA who dislike the US global order, culture, religion and what not and want it to fall so they can create their own order within both their own nations and beyond. Both China, Russia and the EU have people that want option 2, while nations like Poland, India, most of Africa, south Korea and Japan want the USA to remain strong. Im not so sure if I want the US empire anymore, perhaps a transition period is in order instead of a sudden collapse though.
