Trump is a zionist so no matter what they have to keep warmongering after the enemies of israel and when you mention it they call you an ''anti-semite'' and then you get censored and the wars keep continuing, I hope im wrong about Trump but it seems pretty clear he wants war with Iran, sanctions are almost an act of war, killing an enemy general is an act of war but apperently it's oke because Iran can't do anything, too far away, too little technology and support from other nations so that makes it somehow oke. Iran is not a threat to the west, israel, the USA and saudi arabia are the main threat. there is a reason why Europeans keep loving the EU and want that EU army, because then you dont need the USA anymore and thus aren't going to be involved in any US wars anymore. plus Russia is more of an ally now than the USA.

Iran has internal problems because of their goverment, the sanctions and instigating of civil unrest by the GCC, it's a common tactic for the USA and the GCC, fund terrorists, the goverment reacts, claim the goverment is pure evil and promote more sanctions and acts of war, taking out their top general is an act of war, thus making the iranians hate the USA even more, it's all a neverending circle of war and provocation, it never ends.
