They will likely be back, I know he has some wacky ideas but unlike the rest of the democrats he actualy tried to talk policy, new technology and science. Still he needs to step up his game big time for 2024 if he wants to have a chance at winning.

@TheRealSyrett well basic income would cut administration cost, if he combined it with deregulation, privatisation and sane immigration laws, end to wars it would benefit the American people in the short term, long term you might risk overbloating costs as those after him might expand benefits. But his science and technocratic outlook might evolve/devolve in a sorta soft national socialism for american workers and industrialists. Is this the best option? Probably not, is it beter then what 90% of the democrats have to offer? I would say yes. Though that's just my opinion.
