To be honest, NATO does need major reform, ideally it become a true global alliance, not just limited to Europe and all nations have to pay their minimum amount, it's goals should be strict and clear. NATO benefits the US military industry and European nations will want to become a competitor to the USA if this issue is forced to hard but I can't imagine we can't have a well balanced market and balance of power between us within such a system. Europe needs to step up and the USA needs to step down it's wars and warmongering and stupid domestic issues.

  3.  @misanthropicservitorofmars2116  I love how the USA laying claim to two whole continents, send troops abroad for their economic interests and force other nations to open up trade with gunboats and organizing coups in most of south american and then americans tell me with a straight face that this was the USA being "isolationist" The empire always needs more subjects.

  7. The USA without Trump does 10 times worse things to US standing then Trump ever could. You don't seem to understand Trumps tactic, he is using that fear to get leaders to do what he wants, unlike any other republican president he knows the nature of power and how to use it. This type of leadership is exactly what the west needs, now more then ever, return to real politics, away with the idealism of a bygone generation.
