  2. @Mondstation America is largely the source of the decay, ironically they are also more able to fight it at least on some fronts, meanwhile we had two world wars, USSR and today USA making the shots, no wonder some parts are falling apart.

Im still not sure if all weapons sould be legal, I do think most guns sould be legal but perhaps a course on firearms sould be manditory, rifles seem beter than hand guns, sub machine guns seems like a bad idea to make as legal as the rest, perhaps revolvers can be legal as the fire power and reload rate is so slow, still you would also need castle doctrine to be able to use them for self defence at home. I think the swiss have the best gun regulations, people know how to use them, they got plenty of guns, very safe and very few if any gun related crimes. The USA love their guns but they also have plenty of victims of guns, mostly in democratic cities and due to poverty among "N related populations"
