Well not realy, he seems to forget a lot of things about US History, though yeah compared to 90% of the people talking about US economics and politics he is much closer to the truth. He is however deeply underestemating China and he seems to ignore the last 20 years. The rest of the world remembers.

Is it booming through? I see a lot of problems in the USA, they are acting more defensively and scaling back their global presence, debt is still high, California is a shithole, lots of jobs are disapearing, it's a global thing btw not just the US, the whole world is in a downward spiral.

@charlesdog9795 automation my friend, automation, most low skilled jobs are gone already and more are set to come in the coming decades. Most americans don't have any savings, living paycheck to paycheck. A mild growth in the US economy while the rest of the world deals with the fallout from their wars, their tarriefs and globalist propaganda is not the path to long term growth or stability. The USA right now is not acting out of a position of power, it's defensive, reacting to aggresion from other countries like China, Russia and the EU. The biggest sector that's going to lose jobs is in transportation and things like packing, it's all being automated. California is where most of your tech giants are, yes it is a shithole and nobody seems to be able to do anything about it, short term the USA is winning right now but I don't see a long term plan for victory, unless they can stop the demografic problems and the rise of Socialism in Mexico for instance.

What are you talking about? US would not remain a superpower if they can't keep the cold war on, hell why you think they hate Russia so much despite them not being commies? So the USA can't compete so they use tarriefs to try and scare them into submission? While that may work in the short term long term China has already made plans for trade deals with Brazil for their pork, hell the EU passed a trade deal this year to allow south american pork to come to Europe. Protectionism only works short term, now if you combine it with deregulation and lowering taxes you might work long term but you still get the long term hits of reduced trade. Lucky for the USA they don't trade that much with the rest of the world which is both a benefit and a disadvantage at the same time.

Im a realistic and as such I don't see much positive news these days, if there is some could you share it because I can't find much these days. I thought Boris had planned to make a deal with the EU? I don't think the UK is in the position to get a good trade deal with the USA. Perhaps they might get a good deal in exchange for more military bases as I think NATO will at some point collapse, at least in Europe, the signs are already there.
