I find it rather ironic that this movie warns of the use of propaganda to be for the war but at the same time is propaganda against the war. even more ironic is how the pacificism that was promoted after ww1 in turn helped aid the nazi's in making it easier for them to take over most of Europe, though that can't be blamed on the movie of course but it's interesting to think about. I think the movie does look pretty good for it's time and art is subjective but the anti war theme of the movie is pretty clear.
