@josephsaafan7838 it realy only has two political parties and so was the roman Republic, the Weimar Republic and many modern European states still today they already ruled multiple lands and people's before being official empires and in the case of the USA you already have dynastic families that are deep into the political elite, a corporate class with more power than most nations who openly manipulate and effect elections.
The USA already waged wars for land in it's own continent and was expanding into south america, had war with Cuba, Canada, Mexico, puppeted the philippines, annexed Hawaii, how is this not an empire?
And yes China is also an empire that wants to expand, they aren't just an empire, they are a totalitarian dictatorship.
Btw being an empire is not a bad thing, many empires in human history were great era's of peace and prosperity, though they never last forever, one empires fall, means a new one can and will take it's place.

I noticed you did not put the EU on this list, while it's technically not a country, would be hard to create a federal united states of Europe and has a lot of other problems like demografics and cultural differences, I do think as the world gets more insane and divided that it will play a bigger roll and might even become a country, it won't be as powerfull as the USA is but if it can pull it off and stabalize then they would be a great power, esspecialy if say Russia collapses and it's western half becomes part of the Eurosphere but i could be wrong, just found it interesting that you did not put it on the list, thought France is the closest to it I suppose.
love to hear your perspective on this issue and why it would fail or work, I feel like the EU today is a lot like the USA during the articles of confederation (we even have articles as laws in the EU) it's a mess but if united under a proper system/constitution it could work, all depends on if people have faith in it and ruled by competent leaders, probably not right now but perhaps in the near future.

I think your predictions of Turkey becoming a new super power/great power is very optimistic, a bit too optimistic but not 100% wrong like someone might say.
Turkey is a strong nation for a number or reasons but the biggest reasons for it was the westernization of their society away from the ottoman style system that made them the sick man of Europe for such a long time, their major advantage over the western world is mostly their location, their demografics and their military (funded by NATO and western ideas of war).
however while all this growth and westernization has gone on, Turkey itself has become very divided between both rural and urban cultures and Erdogan has revealed himself to be a dictator and is slowly eroding all major freedoms of the turkish people, while at the same time making threats across the region and a lot towards Europe which does not give them any favors.
I find it ironic that Erdogan keeps comparing other nations, western leaders somehow to nazi's or Hitler it seems like a projection in what he might wish to be, he has made threats to israel and has been promoting pan-turkish nationalism to create a new sphere of influence.
it all depends on what happens with the Turkish leadership now, if they continue down the current road i have great doubts that Turkey will become a superpower, if they get rid of the current insanity and focus on becoming more westernized, creating stability around them rather then fear and hatred for them then they will be a major power in the region and most likely will be a great power but right now, almost everyone in the west hates them, are trying to limit Turkey's influence while the population within Turkey is more and more polorized and divided.
