I don't think much of these predictions will come true at all, there is no reason for the USA to pull out of Europe and if they did that would force a massive security concern for the Europeans and change how they should think about themselves and the world. As for the middle-east, I don't think Turkey will be able to annex them into their sphere of influence as they have little to gain there and they will get tangled into ethnic and religieus conflicts. To be honest I don't think many nations will even exist anymore at that point, the USA esspecialy.
