That's the cheap and easy way to make spiced food, really good dishes takes time, let the spices into the meat properly, fine cut fresh ingrediënts, spices mixed perfectly not just throw in whatever and wish for the best (very tempting). Prepared in special ovens that can make the meat still make noise when it is served. I've had some of the best meals ever with Indian food, there is skil in making it perfect, there is little skill in making it just tasty.
