I think it's quite possible that the UK in this situation does not get involved in ww1 or ww2, since those wars were about preventing Germany from becoming too powerfull in Europe with a focus now on imperial Federation, few of the colonies would be willing or interested in going forward with such a war, since in our timeline a big motivator of ww1 for them was gaining Independence from the UK in the first place. India is unlikely to be integrated indeed though I dont see how have percentage popular representation is impossible, it works for the USA, why not India?

  2. As for south africa, I don't see how you could see a more racist and colonial south africa pushing for total british replacement of the native population in order to maintain their white majority both in south Africa and within the empire
