Im not sure how true this is, I think there is a difference in bullying as in adressing someone's weakness/flaw and how most bullying is which is often insecure, weaker people trying to humiliate those better then them as a means to seem better then they actually are. Most bullies I've seen are either hyper masculine, strong personality types or weak and insecure types, people who don't bully are often just normal people. Though how do you measure bullying? Some people think simply disagreeing with someone is a form of bullying or being honest towards someone, when in fact it is not.
