  1. man that´s rough, I have no idea how that feels, probably like you lost a piece of yourself, I wish i could give you some advice or hope for the future moving forward but I think if im honest, I you can only feel it for yourself and find your own way of dealing with this loss, my advice is spend time with your family and friends, try and think positive about the future moving forward, allow yourself to feel sad, angry or even resentfull but also allow yourself to laugh about other things and remember the good times, im sorry for your loss man. best wishes and stay strong mate.
