Brexit is partly to blame for labour shortage but much more so the bad economic policies of the UK, it takes 2 years after getting a truck driver licence to be able to get ensurance for said Truck in order to work as a truck driver in the UK, the UK made a mess of a bad situation more so than brexit did.
