Damn this sucks, I liked Rick and Morty and they just fire him without it being proven or anything in court? Like why? If he's found innocent would they just let him come back? Would he want to come back? Why are corporations shooting themselves in the foot so much these days? It makes no sense, how is this real capitalism?

@edorana3521 that's not how it works, people get charged without evidence all the time, usually someone can file anything they want on simply their word on it and often in court they suddenly ''don't remember anything'' because if they lie they lie under oath which is a crime. it's very simple, you are innocent until proven guilty. if I get charged for murder and someone provides some kind of murder weapon with my finger prints on it, yet the judge looks at the evidence and says im not guilty then guess what? I'm innocent! and therefor free! but in Hollywood if you get charged with something you can get fired even without getting convicted, most often because of popular pressure from the media and higher ups in the company, it happens all the time. you can't just assume someone is guilty before getting convicted and you can't blame people for defending people before that happens, hell sometimes people get convicted and you can still defend people due to lack of evidence or some other reason. grow up.

@edorana3521 idk about 2019 case so can't say anything about that but even then I don't get why he is fired before conviction and now they are likely going to tank the show and for what? Morals? Hollywood does not care about using ex criminals or even rapists, people accused of far worse but im suppose to cry and care about this specific case and side with the supposed victims because woman or something? Some people got real problems and don't care about some crime here and there if it means getting some entertainment, the law is the law but who cares about this minor shit?

@edorana3521 I feel sorry for you too, thinking that's a major issue that anyone should give a shit about, some people have real problems like if they can feed their families or paying rent or keeping their jobs in this third wave ultra feminist, woke cancel culture society we live in. you just continue sitting in your evory towers looking down on the plebs, we get it but don't pretend like you care about actual issues or have morals and don't expect people to care about your minor issues, it's that simple.
