it be interesting to see how a potential European federation would balance all these different political models of government, either do them all away and get a republican system inspired from the USA but with European traits mixed in or allow the diverse political systems to exist within a more federal/confederate EU that balances out each nation as a seperate member with it's own laws, customs and manner of doing things. personally I do hope we can limit the number of political systems to a more liberal political system like the USA, probably limited to presidential, republican and parlementary in a much more weakened state for a federal EU government to govern and be more like the USA in terms of rights for it's citizens.

@lewis123417 don't think we will see any wars, it's not really about the cultures, more so about laws and making sure the biggest members don't abuse the smaller members, we all need to benefit from it for it to work.

@Onnarashi US system is very different from most European nation states. Secondly the EU is already a Federation to a degree just not officially, making it an official federation would actually solve a lot of issues just like the USA used to have the same problems under the articles of confederation. Third, a two party system is not inevitable and even in a two party system there can be massive differences of party platform per era in time, a European federation would probably be run a lot like a parlementary government with different coalitions, how those would look like long term is unknown however.
