The MacSo Don't lower yourself and be immature. When reading Nietzsche, he differentiates Truth (capital T) with truth. There are truths. There is no Truth which is absolute truth. There are also facts and there are proper definitions. I agree with Nietzsche's Perspectivism, and I have been consistent with it.
"nothing is true, everything is permitted" is nihilism, and it's what Nietzsche's philosophy is responding against. Nietzsche's philosophy says there are higher and lower values, higher and lower moralities, higher and lower truths. Yes, everything is permitted, but not everything has high value and is noble. If you're okay with lowly thinking and lowly being, that is permitted but it means you're inferior.
