  2. who elected those judges? why they think that they can brake separation of powers and start to do politics? huge reform of European Union is necessary in these times. because national populism is rising while global liberalism is fading. conflict and dismantling of EU is inevitable if organization is not updated. if it is not responding to popular opinions, values and needs.

  4. this is liberal propaganda. what Poland did was that they got rid of ideologically compromised judges. who were siting there since Soviet times. and still, many of them was culture Marxists.courts were actually de-politicized in Poland. they removed left political wing activists disguised as judges.
