in Latvija we never had to ware masks. and we have lowest infection rates in Europe. i think that spread of Covid-19 is more due to population density. masks obviously are not significant factor.

@amm287 that is my point. in less dense populated area you don't need to ware a mask mask. get out of those stinking, liberal cities! and there is ZERO distancing right now in reality where i live. there are some rules about public events, and that is it. it is like no one even cares about Covid-19 anymore. will see what happens when flue season comes... and yes, at the begging everybody flowed distancing measures very disciplined. 2 meter rule. washing and disinfecting hands. not traveling to visit friends. but never masks in supermarkets. and they never closed.
