  1. no clothes can protect from Baltic region winters. you have to have a shelter to survive it. or there will be a blizzard of the souls inside those forests. i'm surprised that Belarus is not providing tents for their tourists. wrong tactics from their point of interest. they could build up some more people in a tent city. and then assault EU border by force of numbers. but, what do i know.... perhaps these tourists are looking for a winter thrill.
