Ahh japanese workculture. I cant be any worse. Everything i read/hear so far from diffrent (even japanese) journalist is horrible. Over time (which they try to fight but it aint reaaaalllly working), high pressure, punishments, bullying and the list goes on. I am not a bit suprised this incident happend. A pilot under simliar stress would have also caused an accident. Japan really needs to change its workculture As one german youtuber (who is fluent in japanese as far as i know) said: "i would love to live in japan if i just wouldnt have to work there"
