  1. had something simliar in my home many years back. Plane had engine fire after takeoff, pilot refused to eject, as it would hit the woods or a small town and start a massive fire. Got ordered again to eject, refused and flew the plane back to the ground with the other working engine, open cockpit and ran for his life.
