  4. No, they are failing because characters are mostly blank sheets and plot are ridiculous or repetitive (though some of those movies like Lucas etc...seemed good). And I get keeping up with the score, fighting for a world where basic human decency is the rule is good, but the fact they taking those ideals to the extreme and trying to shove in everyone's mouth is part of the problem, not the sole cause of failure but part of it perhaps
