@ElGrandoCaymano First, Arab took innovation to Sicily since Arab world was more advanced at the time, Englandin comparison was really poor and unappealing. Second, Sicilian School was possible because the beginning of Renaissance. And third, Oxford was founded around that time

@ElGrandoCaymano Napoleonic code was based on Justinian code, based on Roman law which is the system most countries use. English history doesn't compare to others, nor pre Roman Era, which left just monuments of stone, nor after, the "Dark Ages " are dark for you because England was totally irrelevant compared to others place, such as the Balkans , the Italian Peninsula, the Muslim world, the Middle East and Far East.
