  4. The same could be said for refereeing in New Zealand. I find interesting that with new rules and refereeing standard the red card for the All Black went from three each 40 years apart from the previous, to seven of whom 4 in the span of four years, one in the World Cup final. It was widely known referees were soft on New Zealand. Seems like times are changing
