Comments by "No Name" (@NoName-hg6cc) on "Will Scotland leave the UK?" video.
Come on Scotland! We Europeans will keep a seat for you if you want to come back
10
@maxisussex A "Scottish" king who seated in London and pursued English's interests .
5
@maxisussex "Actually Scotland became much wealthier when their king took the English throne" not really. Care to show proofs? Scots as individuals maybe, Scotland as a nation, not so much and today is pretty much the same
5
@malcolmstead272 No, they were saying "no, we will never leave EU"
4
There is a difference between a city of a nation that voted for brexit and a nation itself that didn't vote for brexit
4
@LoneWolf-rc4go Scotland can stand on its own
3
@alexpotts6520 Meh. It can be considered English third colony (after Wales and Ireland)
3
Spain has said there is no problem. As for Scotland economy...I think Scotland can survive on its own
2
@IM-dy8wo They surely financed brexit. And it backfired
2
@maxisussex "No I am not searching for evidence on your behalf. It is pretty clear they benefited just from looking at their development post 1600" no it's not. You claim it, you must show the proof Scotland was no more backward than England, but after the union it became much poorer relatively speaking, to what it was before Today Scots could use its own resources for themselves but instead they have to tolerate English stealing them like the 3oo years before. Same as Welsh, whose coal propped English industry during the revolution, and NI
2
@maxisussex "I'm not fussed enough if you believe me, but the fact is Scotland's grand buildings, monuments and institutions are almost entirely post 1600" again bring some fact backing it AHAHAHAHA in 1600 England was a second rate power at best and Scotland, despite not being a Great Power, was not pushover: North sea oil is still used and it could have been used for Scottish benefits instead of English, to make its economy strong, instead like many other resources it was plundered merciless. Scotland saw very far with its colony on Panama, too bad English were scared and maneuvered so it would fail. LOL, Welsh coal was what propped the revolution and Welsh couldn't even benefit from it! LOL, from your grammar I'd say you're the one who's not British!
2
"but seeing as how people from the UK like to talk shit about my countries’ politics" English love to talk s..t about everyone to distract themselves from the huge lacks they have
2
@no_more_spamplease5121 That is surely a reason, if not the the main reason
2
@Radictor44 "too much debt and it would trigger the breaking of Spain" that's your wishful thinking, especially the last part 😂
1
The vote on what? the referendum? Did English allowed Europeans to have a say?* The independence will be full, it means no plundering of resources, like oil and fisheries, and not use of military bases and navies. Also, England will give access to Scotland right? Or will Scotland have to break the law in "limITEd ANd spECIfic WAy"? *LOL at the typical English hypocrisy "I can do because i'M ImPORtAnT"
1
like Brexit did. Or that was "tHe WilL of tHE PEopLe"?
1
@woodlandcreature8857 Actually it was the Nazi ussk crime syndicate who refused it. EU was always meant to be a Federation and unlike Nazi ussk crime syndicate, born out of deceit and lies, it will stay democratic
1
uk has, since 2016, performed worse than any of the big three
1
@alexpotts6520 that's the brexit model
1
@Hollows1997 And why not? LOL, it's Scottish and it stay Scottish. And forget about paying up anything to England, or to put a border that will force Scotland to break the law "iN LiMIteD aNd SpeCIFi wAYs" Scotland has the resources, not only gas and oil, to get free and have its economy propped up. Especially in a market of 400 millions!
1
Share of uk's debt means also share of uk's assets
1
@HerewardWake Yes it was, their third (after Wales and Ireland)
1
@ScottishRoss27 Which means 8% of the debt then
1
"Hey guys, let's leave the biggest union in which we have a say and let's become a little island in the North of the Atlantic. Hooray!"
1
Scotland choices are between slavery and inequality, like it had from 300 years until now, and economic growth in a peaceful cooperative union like EU
1
Not really incompetence, English maneuvered so they failed
1
@jds1275 AHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHA
1
@sa34w LOL, English and their hypocrisy...
1
@HerewardWake Scottish referendum was impacted by false promises
1
It will inherit also half of uk assets. It will keep oil and fisheries No reason for them to stay in Nazi ussk
1
@ecnalms851 Nope, he is right. Your propaganda trying to tying up Scotland to Nazi ussk will not work
1
@ore1692 Oh yes it will. Otherwise why should it inherit half of the debt? Scotland will not pay for English's debt
1
@ore1692 Proportion based on what?
1
@ecnalms851 LOL, this is propaganda. Keep going, reality would stay the same and Scotland will leave and survive
1
@ecnalms851 II get you preference your cozy delusions than harsh Reality
1
@ore1692 But the Scottish government is not a real government, it cannot handle economy like a real state, being part of uk
1
@ore1692 Only tax....ONLY? It would also inherit part of the assets
1
Spain said there wouldn't be any problem
1
ps: Russia supported brexit, but it backfired
1
You mean like Nazi ussk is now?
1
@davidrenton Of your ego and self importance? LOL NO
1
@Radictor44 Says who? It depends on the term of separation
1
Blaming the immigrants for the shortcoming of your politicians, unable to give your country a direction.
1
@anthonyowens6446 Politicians are the one who controls the economy, not migrants, who do mostly jobs English don't do anymore
1
@anthonyowens6446 The state can influence the free market economy, even with its absence, that is a choice as well. So of course you're right, it's a choice to not help new industries or help uk workers to better insert themselves in the market, to not help the private sector to create job and THEN blame immigrants (who again, mostly fill the jobs English don't want)
1
@anthonyowens6446 There must a be a percentage of state investment in the territory, especially in time if crisis, not my opinion, but Economics theories, which you don't seem to know. When this doesn't happen is easy to blame immigrants when it's actually the government not helping by investing and helping private sector investments
1
@jds1275 You mean the English cannot let go of grudges and their hypocrisy. But this was always their undoing
1
@jds1275 LOL, who cares about those things except the English, who always think they know better than anyone else? And yes, it does matter, History influences and shapes the world of today. And it seem collective giul exist or English wouldn't still held Germans responsible for WW2. But this is another English thing, to apply certain dogmas oy when it's convenient to them
1
Again with the English propaganda, it spread the same bs over India conveniently ignoring Mughals or other forces that unifies it
1
@chrisreed4065 The Mughals DID unite India, except maybe the extreme South and when English showed up, the most pathetic of the bunch asking for trading post, theh proved their power defeating England in the Anglo-Mughal war After that they declined because their emperors were weak and unable to keep power
1
@chrisreed4065 It was just a little piece in the South, so yeah, pretty much unifyied. LOL, excuses, they beat you, with thezarmy and the navy as well. England build up an empire on easy victories against people with less technology advancement that still gave you hell.
1
No, uk is not Great Britain
1
@ondank But London is a city and has roughly the same population as England I don't know if London would be or could be allowed and what would the World's reaction be
1
@corn7822 I mean the population of London is mostly English, and of course I think it cannot separate, but ondak is saying otherwise, maybe he knows some clause I don't know
1
Except those two countries, Spain and Italy, are still in the EU, so they would block entry. England is not Ukraine is under siege, it's not a comparable situation
