@keeyip319 So, if a company, based in Russia, make a contract to supply another nation with a certain amount of vaccines produced in factories FROM the nation in question but instead of fulfilling the contract break it and keep sellling to others nations the vaccines it has, according to your logic that company did nothing wrong? The contract has no value? 🤦‍♂️ The contract laid down the possibility for EU to do that. Did you ever opened a book? Do you have at least elementary school graduation, you 🤡?

Anzac, Canada etc... not so much. They did fight, they were good but war wasn't won because of uk and its servants troops, without Russia and USA the tide wouldn't have turned. @ianc7866 Ehm, no. uk never went to International Court, nor for the deal signed with EU nor for the issue with AstraZenheca, because the government knows it will never win, the rest of the world uses the more advanced CIVIL LAW, a system ancient but which evolved on a civilization based on Law, a system that isn't still stuck in the past and backward like yours And no, contracts aren't all in common law.

This doesn't mean yours soldiers weren't brave Sorry for Australia , but in a world where everyone fend off for themselves instead of being generous EU cannot act differently and not put EU first

@kevinc7272 EU, which Italy is part of, contracted way before. And either way the amount was promised, the payment was upfront. A seller cannot expect to not fulfill his part and not see his goods seized, unless he's a conman. That would be a very dangerous precedent, which would signal contract can go unfulfilled if the situation requires and it's possible. So no, AstraZeneca is wrong like the ones producing mask were and the seize of the vaccines, produced in EU factories, is legittimate since the contract was not respected,. You being alright with contract not fulfilled shows where you belong

@ianc7866 It might had to, since t's an uk based company and because uk demand was, strangely, fulfilled, while Eu's wasn't. How peculiar. Beside, it's not the only thing I referred to I think you will find that Civil law, contrary to common law, progressed since the past, common law is stuck in 1066. Again, that doesn't mean anything. Japan and Sweden use Civil law, Myanmar and Uganda common law. Who do you trust the most?

@kevinc7272 I see, so for you it's okay to not respect contracts. And I though civilization meant something different.... If you promise to deliver a certain quantity of goods and you don't the goods you produced can be seized by the other part who saw the contract going unfulfilled. The rules and codes in modern society says contracts have to be respected. A bunch of conman and muggers can make you believe that's not important but it is, otherwise civilization goes out the window. Some people may like it, but I don't, I like people to respect contracts and rules once they have been made
