  149.  @Hustler1856  Like all of the appeals over the 2020 election and audits ? Seems like Trump LOST EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE, did you forget ? You people just haven't figured it out yet, have you ? The days of being afraid to speak up against Trump are over, nobody's afraid of him anymore. He will continue to be charged and indicted until he either goes to prison or is found ineligible to ever run for office again. He's not coming back, so you need to find another shitpile to worship... Still to Come - 1. SEDITIOUS CONSPIRACY is a crime in various jurisdictions of conspiring against the authority or legitimacy of the state. As a FORM OF SEDITION it has been described as a SERIOUS COUNTERPART TO TREASON targeting activities that undermine the state without directly attacking it. ILLEGAL 2. ELECTION TAMPERING in Georgia, try to get their Secretary of State to magically come up with 11,780 votes. ILLEGAL 3. VIOLATION OF THE ESPIONAGE ACT The National Archives had attempted to recover presidential records stored at Trump’s Florida home for months, dating back to last year Officials retrieved 15 boxes from Mar-a-Lago in January, including at least 700 PAGES OF CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS and asked the Justice Department to examine the former president’s handling of records. The investigation ultimately led the FBI to execute a search warrant at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence earlier this month, when agents seized 11 sets of Classified Documents The Justice Department is probing whether Trump violated the Espionage Act or two other federal statutes YES, ITS AGAINST THE LAW TO VIOLATE THE ESPIONAGE ACT REGARDLESS OF WHAT TUCKER CARLSON IS FEEDING YOU. ILLEGAL

  196.  Paul Suchey  Trump's lawyers had 2 months to present evidence of election fraud, the proper forum of which isn't Fox News, but the courts. Trump's lawyers have filed 60 lawsuits which contained all of their evidence and they lost 59 times. The one victory was a minor consession about the distance of poll watchers. Each of the 59 loses were from judges who considered the evidence presented by Guliani and Powell. Many of these 59 loses were delivered by Trump appointed judges. 2 of the loses were at the Supreme Court, which is conservative and includes 3 trump appointees. So you lost at the polls, then you lost recounts with the election commissions in the swing states. Then you lost 59 lawsuits in 59 separate court venues, state, federal, appellate and supreme. Gohmerts lawsuit to have Pence ignore the swing states was thrown out, so you lost again. Pence doesn't agree with you. The Attorney General Bar doesn't agree with you. The head of the cyber security and infrastructure security agency, which has oversight over federal election security does not agree with you. Mitch Mcconnell does not agree with you.... But most importantly 59 judges and 9 Supreme Court Justices who have actually taken the time to properly evaluate the evidence and actually know election law, don't agree with you. Such is your blind faith in an unethical, unscrupulous, lying real estate conman from Queen's, who by some quirk, managed to get elected to the White House. Trump has charges of tax evasion, bank fraud, real estate fraud, obstruction of justice and campaign finance violations waiting for him upon leaving the White House. On election fraud, your argument fails. 59 judges and 9 Supreme Court Justices have completely ruled against you.

  283. Obstruction of an official proceeding. For the delay in certification on Jan. 6 caused by the violence at the Capitol building. Conspiracy to defraud the United States. The committee asserts Trump was at the center of an organized effort to defraud the public, with repeated lies about the 2020 election. Conspiracy to make a false statement. The concept here is that Trump sanctioned a slate of false electors and that others attempted to submit those false slates on his behalf. Inciting, assisting or aiding an insurrection. The Jan. 6 committee asserts that Trump is guilty of aiding an insurrection by allowing the attack to continue without sending out a statement telling his supporters to stop. The committee left open the possibility of charging Trump with also inciting the riot, but indicated they saw the stronger charge as him "aiding" the event by refusing to step in and stop it. Witness tampering. While this was not a formal criminal referral in the committee report, the lawmakers on the Jan. 6 committee previously raised concerns that Trump may have tried to tamper with its witnesses. Multiple outlets report that the special counsel also is looking into the Save America PAC, through which Trump raised millions of dollars after the election with his false 2020 claims. Specific possible charges, based on previous cases about fraudulent PACs, include: Wire fraud. The idea would be that Trump and the Save America team mislead their donors with overt lies. Money laundering. A charge that the purpose of the PAC was not to promote a cause, but actually to move money for someone's profit. (In this case, Trump's.) Regarding the classified documents, some possible charges are indicated in the FBI's search warrant of Mar-a-Lago: Mishandling of and unauthorized retention of national security documents. Those are two separate but related possible charges. Obstruction. In this case, a possible charge that Trump knew he had records that the government was trying to find, and he willfully kept them from obtaining them.
