  2.  @brianpereira7483  Yes, I prefer Joe Biden & Kamala Harris, who have proven through their careers to be genuine, smart caring people, unlike Trump who despises anyone that isnt white, or wealthy. As far as their tax structure, Im not really clear as to what youre asking, but will add that during my 58 years, taxes have gone up and down, over and over, with each new President, and it never really affected me enough to even notice. Only the rich, and the ignorant complain of taxes, they have little effect otherwise. The rest of your question made no sense whatsoever, and needs to be restructured to be easily understood, but I will add that, Joe Biden, nor Kamala Harris are responsible for how any democrat cities are ran, and to equate the 2 is ignorant, and nothing more than a failed attempt to smear Biden & Harris, no doubt because of the disinformation youve been fed by Fox news.
