Was he being "sarcastic" when he said that the virus would "magically disappear come April, because of the heat" ? Was he being "sarcastic" when he said that the "number of cases is at 15, and would be down to zero in a few days" ? Was he being "sarcastic" when he said that "he has it all under control" ?
