  2. ​ @usefulcontent9894  I've been borderline WFPB vegan (minor traces of dairy due to mistakes here or there) for 11 years and haven't been sick... at all during that time until now... nor do I get stomach aches anymore. It's anecdotal, but that's all the evidence I need to not get overweight and risk heart disease, diabetes, clots, etc. I think the rest of you can keep guzzling animal products, eggs, spam, fish mercury/plastics, and greasy burgers though... Your health isn't my problem.
