also, a cap on wealth and income, let's say a billion dollars in total net worth and income, everything above that is taxed.

well because we automized everything, the problem is that schools and universities now produce useless people for the much more advanced jobs that are available.

@chris0000924 and how do you get workers when people want to work only for the biggest or next to the biggest companies due to them giving the best salaries and benefits and not your small company that has barely started?

@chris0000924 yeah, except all that are qualified for highly specialized jobs move to the big cities and all that are left are university degree certified, useless people that you'd have to train so that they can ditch you to go to the big city in a big company after their contracts expire... using you as a stepping stone.

@chris0000924 Except I'm talking about highly specialized engineering businesses here. Like software development, mechanical design, Automation machine building, System development, Hardware Design, Embedded device manufacturing and design. Nobody goes and works for small businesses of that sort, except for useless university graduates that use you to train them so they can get a better job in a big company. My mother's company(the company my mother works at) is experiencing exactly that. Her company hires useless university engineers, trains them and they leave ASAP for a bigger company now that they have the knowledge and skill to actually work the job. And her company is only losing money on them to the point that they stopped hiring almost at all... Because they have 3-year contracts of which they train them for over 2 years and then they bounce after the contract is void. My father has his own hardware and electrical engineering company and he can barely get any workers as they all go for the big companies... And he doesn't have the resources to teach useless university engineers, he needs ready to go workers. So to start a proper business you have to already have money, but to have the money you need to have a proper business... go figure.

@chris0000924 which proves my point, you can't have your business grow unless you already have a lot of money, to begin with. And when you don't have the manpower, you can't really achieve much.

@chris0000924 well I'm not from the USA, but sure, I do ignore about 99% of Americans. It's your army and the politicians behind them, along with your huge company owners that even if I tried, I couldn't ignore.

@chris0000924 it's the same everywhere in the west, some minor insignificant differences, but in the end all the same. People want money and they want toys and they base their entire life on getting as much money and toys as possible. Family comes second, obviously, just look at the birthrates and single rates. And people are always the victim and someone else is to blame... while at the same time most aren't working anything productive and want an easy job that pays a lot of money so they can get a lot of toys. And they are fat as hell from all that consuming(also a reason for plummeting birthrates).
