The average age of cars in my country is 21, so even more than 20.
32
If only these tariffs were done in the 90s or late 2000s like your government at the time wanted and China was never included in the WTO until they become a proper democratic country and not a totalitarian one.

live with your parents.

Cars need to become 50-60% cheaper and I don't mind giving up all of their computerized crap and a lot of their safety... Actually I'd prefer it.
6
And they should have it at 14

@lukek1949 dude I'd kill for cars to be like in the 80s and 90s(and early 2000s). Lightweight, fast, beautiful, economic, cheap.

I'm asking the same thing about the real estate market XD
3
Agreed we should keep manufacturing to Europe and North America and not be dependent on totalitarian countries.

@misterogers no I mean the screens, car plays, heated seats, electronic seats, 500 different sensors and all that bs. I have a 2004 honda civic that I got for 1000 bucks. To me the best cars are from the mid 80s to early-mid 2000s.

Because you waste 12-20 years of our lives going to school and university (Even STEM majors) instead of getting a real education.

EU is dropping all tariffs.

Education pays a massive role, not because the education system produces highly skilled and knowledgeable experts, but because a few people at the top said they wanted the special toilet paper(diploma), the exception being medicine of course. The education system produces weak, stupid and useless people(STEM included, ask me how I know) and wastes 12-20 years of our lives and our entire youth...

I wonder when we will stop looking at GDP to measure anything. xD

@XianJag-oo1dw yup, I'm all for fuel injection, abs, stability control and such, but nowadays there are just silly things in cars. And on top of that cars are too big and heavy. They used to be elegant and light.
1
@JBoy340a How about a car and not a truck? A barebones, lightweight, elegant, 1000-1200kg(2200-2600lbs) car with 180-250hp.

I love cars for the mechanics and experience, that's why I want them to be as cheap as possible and as available as possible XD
1
@andyjiang2047 If you like cars, they are also a hobby, sadly a very expensive one. I love cars for the joy of driving and the mechanics of them. That said with the current prices, I'm going to stick to my 2004 Honda Civic that I got for 1000 bucks and have spent just 80 bucks in maintenance for 16 000km.

How about Europe

So we are going to get another 2007/2008 housing market crash... because that's what happened in 2001 when intrest rates were low, people took loans to buy houses and appartments and then they went up and then they couldn't pay them and the housing market crashed...

How to save 40% of your income. Start earning more, while spending the same, if you weren't overspending to begin with.
