Education pays a massive role, not because the education system produces highly skilled and knowledgeable experts, but because a few people at the top said they wanted the special toilet paper(diploma), the exception being medicine of course. The education system produces weak, stupid and useless people(STEM included, ask me how I know) and wastes 12-20 years of our lives and our entire youth...

  6. So we are going to get another 2007/2008 housing market crash... because that's what happened in 2001 when intrest rates were low, people took loans to buy houses and appartments and then they went up and then they couldn't pay them and the housing market crashed...
