  1. Simple things to get your life together: 1. Pick a job, learn the knowledge and skill to get the job every day for 2-4 hours a day everyday => in 1-5 years, depending on how deep and complex the job/sphere is you will get the job. 2. Start playing a sport or if you want it easier start working out 3-4 times a week for at least 1 hour per session => You will be improving yourself and manipulating your brain chemistry to both be and feel better 3. Eat only home cooked meat, vegetables and some grains, drink water and 0 calorie drinks => You will be in shape and you will both feel and be better 4. Shower 5-7 times a week, clean your house/room 1 time a week Now I can't tell you how to fix all the problems that are inside your head(mentally), but these will significantly improve you, it will get you 80-90% there.
