@Zeforas based on 8 years of development of 170+ people working on the game. Even if you say they were all paid the average salary for Washington which is roughly 58 000$, that's almost 10 million a year in just salaries. And they do earn more than the average salary I promise you. Then you have all sort of other expenses.

@BillyBlaze6907 That's before it enters the development, that's the ramp up. Otherwise voice acting depends on the game type can be done quickly and all of the ones you mentioned are not part of the constant employees those are usually contractors.
