  1. This is exactly why it should NOT give higher rewards than mythic raiding, because dungeons have far simpler and fewer mechanics than raids even with the affixes. Mythic+ is mostly numerical difficulty, raids have mechanical difficulty.

  2. Noooo, mythic raiding should be the pinnacle of gearing, because it has the most complex mechanics on top of the high difficulty. Dungeons have simpler mechanics even with affixes.
