@noahwalters2732 Except that the real estate will scale way beyond inflation as always. Back in the day you could purchase a medium sized house for about a quarter to half a year of the average of the time salary, nowadays it's worth 10x+ the current average yearly salary...

@mng8680 Well it might be time we stopped living in houses/appartements for a while, at least where climate allows it.

@Kevin-cx7ln Well you can always get a 3x3 meter single room apartment with a 1x1 bathroom and 1x1 corridor for cheap. That's plenty enough.

@Firesgone Depends on where you live. My country has them, the USA has them, Japan, many other European countries have them.

@bbgun061 you say barely more than shacks, I say 70-80% of the space in "medium" and big US houses is empty... thus pointless.

@bbgun061 No it's not. House construction costs aren't realistically much higher than in the past, at least in Europe. We used brick and mortar before, we still do. Now due to the pandemic sure, but in normal circumstances, no.
