  4. ralki1 an r9 290x with 4gb or 8gb doesn't matter, the r9 290x can't utilize more than 4gb of Vram effectively, so it will NOT benefit from more than 4GB of Vram in games, neither can the gtx 970. Just get whichever is cheaper the gtx970 4gb or r9 290x 4gb

  10. Nathan Mauricio 1366 was i7 980x right? Man you've got a best cpu, you should not worry about your CPU, IPC/ clock for clock compared to haswell is only 20% lower, which is not much at ALL. Yes I have the feeling your ram is holding you back, AMD released a GTA 5 ready driver before even the game launched, so it should be your ram, or PSU.
