  1. Nvidia only has Zotac and MSI left for high quality cards, while AMD has Sapphire, XFX, Power Color and MSI for high quality GPUs.

  2. Oh how Nvidia insulted TSMC during the gtx 200, gtx 400 and gtx 500 series, calling them incompetent and such, while AMD was on TSMC at the time and kicked their butts, without any problem.

The RTX 3000 series were on Samsung's 8nm and Samsung's process nodes don't clock as high as TSMC's process nodes for big die chips, It's the same reason the RX400/500 series were clocked much lower than the gtx 1000 series, since AMD used Samsung's 12/14nm through Global Foundry and Nvidia used TSMC.
